The Town of Carbondale enhances accessibility and transparency with Diligent Community

The Town of Carbondale, Co., needed a board management solution that would increase accessibility and transparency for its active community members, while simultaneously providing a more efficient way to manage its governance processes.

Among their challenges:

• Providing information in Spanish to the Latinx community in Carbondale; there was no easy way to reliably translate documents.
