The program includes four courses exploring human capital, compensation and culture. Each includes videos, readings, exercises, case studies and quizzes.
An Introduction to Compensation Committees
This course provides a high-level overview of the structure, role and responsibilities of the compensation committee, paying particular attention to the committee’s expanding role, including the integration of talent risk oversight, DE&I, culture and ESG. Learners will also explore how the compensation committee can create an effective working relationship with other board committees and executive leadership. At the conclusion of this course, you will be able to:
- Articulate the core responsibilities of the compensation committee, including what a compensation committee charter typically covers
- Identify the key areas in which the work of the compensation committee is evolving
